Ask for the exact pieces, condition photographs, fit arrangements, collection and return dates, total charges and deposit terms.
During the event
Agree who keeps the jewellery secure and whether alterations, cleaning or repairs require the owner’s written permission.
At return
Compare the items with the agreed record, note any concerns together and request confirmation that the return is complete.
